Education Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Provide comprehensive and accurate information about IGI's courses, curriculum, eligibility criteria, and career prospects
• Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process
• Coordinate with instructors for class timings, material readiness, and student attendance
• Act as a liaison between students and the education team, addressing student queries and concerns proactively
• Share important updates, announcements, and study-related information with students .
