As a Student Advisor at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd in Kerala, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Tele-calling and following up on leads generated through various sources. - Handling student walk-ins at the Centre and capturing student profiles. - Counseling and guiding aspiring students about the various study options available, both local and international. - Student conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the centre. - Maintaining appropriate student records in the Enrollment system. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any degree - Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Counseling skills are essential. - Maturity to handle students and aspirants with work experience. - Good analytical skills. - Candidates must possess a strong personality, people skills, and demonstrate smart and hard work. - Willingness to relocate to anywhere in Kerala.
