Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Edtech Counsellor, located in Delhi, India. The Edtech Counsellor will be responsible for advising students on educational programs, assisting with enrollment processes, providing guidance on career paths, and responding to inquiries from potential students. Additionally, the counsellor will work closely with the product team to understand and communicate the features and benefits of our educational offerings to prospective learners.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Counseling and Advisory skills
• Experience in Educational Program Enrollment and Career Guidance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using technological tools and platforms for communication and counseling
• Knowledge of the Edtech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
