EDR Analyst

As an Endpoint Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's endpoint devices from advanced threats. Your responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring McAfee/Trellix endpoint security solutions to ensure comprehensive protection of our data and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement endpoint security policies aligned with organizational standards. - Deploy and configure McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security (MEE/ENS) agents on all endpoints. - Integrate MEE/ENS with other security tools for centralized management and threat detection. - Proactively monitor dashboards and alerts for suspicious activity. - Investigate security events, analyze logs, and identify root causes of intrusions. - Configure antivirus signatures, firewall rules, and data loss prevention settings. - Generate reports summarizing endpoint security trends and identified threats. - Communicate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders regarding security threats. - Participate in incident response activities and provide technical expertise during security events. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in endpoint security management. - Expertise in McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security (MEE/ENS) platforms. - Understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and threats. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects. - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
