EDM Datacap Developer

Job Summary :

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EDM Datacap Developer to join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Datacap , and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent document capture solutions that streamline business processes and enhance data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• - IBM FileNet P8 & Content Navigator Development
• - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Content Navigator.
• - Configure repositories, document classes, workflows, and security models to meet business requirements.
• - IBM Datacap Application Design
• - Develop and configure Datacap applications for intelligent document capture, classification, and data extraction.
• - Implement rulesets and actions for automated data validation and transformation.
• - System Integration
• - Integrate FileNet with external systems such as ERP and CRM platforms using APIs and custom workflows.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
• - Workflow Optimization
• - Analyse and optimize Data cap workflows for high-volume document processing, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
• - Monitor performance and implement enhancements to improve throughput and reduce error rates.
• - Technical Support & Maintenance
• - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FileNet repositories and Datacap environments.
• - Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system stability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• - Proven experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Datacap .
• - Strong understanding of ECM principles, document lifecycle, and metadata management.
• - Proficiency in scripting and rule development within Datacap Studio.
• - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• - Familiarity with workflow design and business process automation.
• - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
