SVF Entertainment is a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit, and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media.

We are adding super creative and talented editors to our creative team. You will work with multiple verticals and edit videos to suit multiple mediums and audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Understand briefs and translate concepts into creative, and innovative videos, and ensure on-time delivery
• Create concept boards and other visual representations of prospective edits for multiple projects
• Assemble raw footage and incorporate necessary inputs (audio, graphics, colour grading, etc.) to produce a rough cut file on the basis of the script/story sequence
• Facilitate the process of editing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube videos) on the basis of understanding the web codecs and nuances of each platform
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams (Production, Creative, Content Marketing, etc.) to deliver videos as per requirement within defined timelines
• Keep yourself updated with the latest trends and practices across mediums and platforms

Must have skills:

• Proven work experience of a minimum of a year as an Editor in a production house/creative agency or similar setup would be preferred.
• Make scenes pop and reels slap.
• Proficiency in editing software and programs (e.g. Da Vinci Resolve, Canva, CapCut) is essential
• An ideal fit must be a multi-tasker with a keen eye for details
• Adherence to delivery timelines will be a requisite for this role
