Job Description

Support and maintain tracking data interfaces between Cello and carrier logistics facilities (e.g., ocean carriers, airlines, ports, airports, rail terminals).
Design tracking point code generation logic, API interfaces, and web scraping logic.
Define mapping tables and prepare system development requirements.
Coordinate and cooperate with the system development department.
Analyze source data by carrier and interfaced (received) tracking data.
Conduct daily audits of tracking data quality (carrier/facility vs. Cello).
Collaborate with SDSK to implement pilot projects.
Improve functions of the Power BI Dashboard.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global shipping liners or forwarder IT department.
Minimum experience in designing data interfaces (EDI) between systems.
Ability to communicate clearly in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics-related fields is preferred.
Experience with vessel tracking systems in shipping lines or forwarders.
Experience in system interface design (EDI specification definition, data mapping).
Knowledge of IT systems and IT experience is preferred.
