Job Summary:

EDI Developer with strong hands-on experience in CLEO Integration tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement EDI solutions using

  Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC)

  ,

  Cleo Harmony

  , or

  Cleo Clarify

  .
• Develop and maintain

  EDI maps

  for ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, Flat Files, and JSON formats.
• Set up and manage

  communication protocols

  such as AS2, SFTP, FTPS, VAN, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather EDI requirements and onboard new trading partners.
  
• Monitor EDI transactions, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  
• Work with back-end systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.) for integration.
  
• Build workflows, business rules, and automation scripts within the CLEO environment.
  
• Support deployment, testing, and migration of maps across environments.
  
• Maintain documentation, mapping specifications, and partner communication details.
  
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards, data security, and organization policies.
  

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• 38 years

  of hands-on experience in

  EDI development

  with expertise in

  Cleo Integration tools (CIC, Clarify, Harmony, VLTrader)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  EDI standards

  :
• ANSI X12 (850, 810, 856, 997, etc.)
  
• EDIFACT
  
• XML / JSON formats
  
• Experience in building and troubleshooting

  EDI maps

  .
• Strong understanding of

  communication protocols

  (AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, OFTP, API).
• Experience in building workflows, routes, and business processes in CLEO.
  
• Good experience in

  integration with ERP systems

  (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, or JavaScript) is a plus.
  
• Experience with debugging, logs, and monitoring tools.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities (Soft & Functional):

• Work directly with clients and trading partners on EDI onboarding.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of EDI workflows with minimal downtime.
  
• Perform root-cause analysis for EDI failures and document fixes.
  
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  
• Provide 24/7 on-call support when required (if applicable).
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with

  Cleo CIC Cockpit

  and

  Cleo Dashboards

  .
• Experience with

  APIs and modern integration patterns

  .
• Understanding of

  supply chain, logistics, retail, or manufacturing

  EDI flows.
