Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead EDI
strategy, design, upgrades
, and implementation activities.
Manage
Trading Partner setups
and coordinate end-to-end onboarding.
Work directly with global customers, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
Support and enhance existing EDI transactions and manage new requests.
Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
Contribute to planned
IBM Sterling upgrade
activities.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong, hands-on experience in
IBM Sterling
(mapping handled by VAN, but deep Sterling expertise required).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating with customers directly.
Knowledge of
Oracle EBS
is preferred, especially around inbound processing using
Oracle e-Commerce Gateway
.
