Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the collection center including opening/closing, staff coordination, and workflow. Ensure the allotment of agricultural machinery to contract farmer and other farmers as per the defined schedule. Receive and verify produce from farmers as per quality standards (moisture, grading, cleanliness). Maintain entry records – farmer name, quantity, quality, payment status – in registers or mobile app. Ensure accurate weighing of produce and prevent quantity mismatch or fraud. Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch to the main warehouse or factory. Monitor stock movement (incoming and outgoing) and maintain cleanliness and order in the center. Build strong coordination and relationships with farmers for timely purchase/supply and resolve any issues faced by them. Handle farmer grievances politely and report issues to the HOD if needed. Guide farmers on best post-harvest handling practices (drying, cleaning, packing). Ensure all operational and financial documentation is submitted on time. Assist in physical verification during audits or surprise inspections. Maintain basic safety measures, hygiene, and discipline at the center. Distribution of Agri-input to contract farmer as per schedule. Key Requirements: Graduate or Diploma in Agriculture/Supply Chain/Operations (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in Agri-collection, warehouse, or procurement operations Basic knowledge of produce quality parameters and weighing systems Ability to use mobile apps or Excel for data entry Good communication skills and ability to handle farmers and local logistics Job Type: Full-time, On-site Work Location: Rural Collection Center Timing: As per procurement cycle and season Work Area: Tal.
