Strong communication, problem solving and resolution skills. Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organizational skills. Ability to coach the team in a time of need. Experience in handling pilot transition will be a good value addition. Ability to deliver effective training sessions. Ability to lead with example. Formal Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in any discipline Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
