- Responsible to handle calls on the leads generated.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Responsible for converting telephonic Enquirers into admissions.

Listening Skills: Understanding customer needs or issues patiently.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Typing, using software, navigating systems.
