As a Practice Senior Manager in the Sustainability Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading efforts within the Carbon Transition solution and/or other strategic priority projects, as well as contributing to day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with Bains Sustainability Partners and other experts globally to drive sustainability initiatives that impact the core of clients" business strategies. You will be responsible for various tasks such as supporting commercialization, creating key practice content and presentations, developing intellectual property, and implementing data-driven strategies and innovation solutions. Your role will also involve deploying cutting-edge techniques and tools to assist clients in accelerating their growth and achieving their full potential. Collaboration with the Practice Director to generate key deliverables, effectively prioritize tasks, and streamline working methods will be essential. Your duties will encompass solution design, development, deployment, and delivery. This will include guiding the solution team, advising case teams and clients, partnering with the Marketing team on solution marketing plans, developing elements of intellectual property, and providing direct solution support on select opportunities. Furthermore, you will be involved in advising case teams on integrating partnerships and tools, developing training materials, and managing relationships with ecosystem partners. You will also be responsible for managing the annual development or refresh of the Solution Full Potential plan, leading the solution budget, and developing plans for commercializing intellectual property. Additionally, you will design processes for collecting and analyzing win/loss data, maintain proposal repositories, and provide support for sales plays and proposals. Your role will require effective cross-practice collaboration, sharing and soliciting information across practices, as well as training and coaching junior team members. With your strong academic background, extensive consulting experience, problem-solving skills, and passion for sustainability, you will contribute to delivering exceptional results and driving client success.
