To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in E-Communication/trade surveillance is essential. Your product experience with financial products, including equities, futures, and fixed income, or knowledge of information barriers and asset management is highly valuable. An understanding of markets and potential market manipulative behavior, coupled with the ability to conduct reviews related to regional rules and regulations, is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical abilities, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position.
