eCommerce Solution Architect

As an eCommerce Solution Architect at Bounteous x Accolite, your role involves designing solutions tailored to business needs for esteemed clients. You will work on client-facing, team-based projects focusing on the CPG and Retail business and Commerce in general. Your responsibilities include: - Functioning as the lead team member for clients" active eCommerce business - Serving as an expert on eCommerce best practices and industry trends to guide business opportunities for expansion and evolution - Leading solutions and proposing recommendations leveraging knowledge of eCommerce technology - Partnering with Growth teams and participating in pre-sales, project discovery, and delivery activities - Estimating, planning, and implementing eCommerce solutions for clients using the latest platform and ecosystem tools - Communicating effectively with clients, understanding their requirements, and producing architecture diagrams - Coordinating with web developers, eCommerce marketing team, and eCommerce analysts to ensure completion and functionality of the application - Recommending necessary changes in the existing e-commerce application for efficient functioning, revenue generation, and cost savings Preferred qualifications for this role include: - A 2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering - 5+ years of experience working on platforms such as Fabric commerce, Commerce tools, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Detailed understanding of eCommerce tools and solutions - D2C eCommerce experience required; B2B experience is a plus - Platform and Architecture technical skills with knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms - In-depth understanding of service-oriented architecture - Experience migrating legacy platforms with new technologies - Replatforming expertise - Experience with order management systems/platforms and optimizing such platforms - Familiarity with web technologies like social media, personalization, and behavioral targeting - Experience with user experience design, information architecture, and Agile web development processes - Experience working in an agency environment and being client-facing - Expert organizational and management skills In addition to the technical aspects of the role, Bounteous x Accolite offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where you can learn, grow, and build relationships.
