Associate, Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Bounteous x Accolite, you will be an integral part of the global marketing team, contributing to a wide range of marketing and internal communication assets. With 24 years of design experience, you will work closely with the lead designer to create high-quality visuals that are aligned with the brand guidelines. Your role will involve designing internal communication assets such as posters, newsletters, and digital banners, as well as creating infographics and visualizations for various platforms. You will also be responsible for supporting the design of event collaterals, adapting global designs for internal campaigns, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables. Collaboration with the marketing team, timely delivery of projects, and staying up to date with design trends and tools are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will organize files, maintain design templates, participate in creative reviews, and incorporate feedback into revisions. The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, possesses proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Canva, and has a good understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand application. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and deliver on time are essential skills required for this position. Experience in designing for IT services or B2B marketing, exposure to tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and willingness to learn and grow in a creative role are also valued competencies.
