Associate, Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Bounteous x Accolite, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with the brand guidelines. You will collaborate with the India-based lead designer and global stakeholders to design internal communication materials, infographics, event collaterals, and more. Your role will involve maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, organizing design files, and incorporating feedback into revisions. Key Responsibilities: - Designing internal communication assets such as posters, newsletters, and digital banners. - Creating infographics and visualizations for blogs, social media posts, and internal presentations. - Assisting in the design of event collaterals, standees, and basic video thumbnails or social cards. - Adapting and localizing global designs for internal campaigns and initiatives. - Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables. - Collaborating with the lead designer and marketing team to ensure timely and high-quality output. - Organizing files and maintaining a repository of reusable design templates. - Participating in creative reviews and incorporating feedback into revisions. - Addressing any other ad-hoc requirements from the Lead Designer. - Staying updated with design trends and tools. Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 2-4 years of hands-on design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva. - Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand application. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand/style guides. - Capability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time. Competencies: - Experience in designing for IT services or B2B marketing. - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics. - Willingness to learn and expand into a broader creative role.
