Ecommerce Platform Operator

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:

· Assist in uploading product images, descriptions and other relevant content to the ecommerce site.

· Ensure all content is up to date and accurately reflects product offerings.

Inventory Management:

· Monitor & manage stock levels, updating inventory records accordingly.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory data.

Order Processing:

· Accurately enter and process customer orders into the ecommerce platforms.

· Verify order details, including product availability, pricing and shipping information.

· Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

· Monitor the status of dispatched orders and update tracking information.

· Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve any delivery issues.

Team Collaboration:

· Work with ecommerce teams to streamline data processes.

· Assist in troubleshooting data related issues.

· Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for order processing and payment reconciliation.

Customer Support:

· Handle customer inquiries related to order status, payments and shipping.

· Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should be very well averse with computers especially MS Excel and Emails.
• Must be very fluent with communication in English both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
