Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Analysis

  • Develop and execute strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and emerging channels
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities in quick commerce
  • Create actionable insights from marketplace trends, vendor performance, and customer behavior
  • Optimize product positioning, pricing, and category expansion strategies

Performance Marketing (Media / Paid Campaigns)

  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads)
  • Manage Flipkart PPC campaigns and optimization strategies
  • Analyze ACOS, ROI, and campaign performance metrics
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and A/B testing
  • Develop PPC scaling strategies and profitability frameworks
  • Monitor budget allocation and report on campaign effectiveness

Product & Listing Optimization

  • Lead A+ PDP content creation and platform-specific optimization
  • Manage product catalogs for consistency and quality
  • Optimize product photography, descriptions, and keyword strategies for discoverability

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Oversee vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain high-performing marketplace partner networks

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Build SOPs for marketplace and PPC management
  • Monitor fulfillment accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement process improvements to reduce friction and improve efficiency

Data Analysis & Client Reporting

  • Track KPIs: conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, inventory turnover, sales growth
  • Generate performance reports and dashboards for stakeholder/client review
  • Forecast demand and provide inventory recommendations
  • Prepare analytical insights for client pitch presentations

Team Leadership & Client Collaboration

  • Mentor team members on marketplace operations and PPC management
  • Collaborate across content and creative teams
  • Present market insights and recommendations to senior leadership and clients
