About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces (international). 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces. 3. Liaise with internal departments (such as marketing and sales) to ensure product listings are attractive and competitive. 4. Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities. 5. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the eCommerce marketplace. 6. Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences specific to the eCommerce environment. 7. Manage relationships with marketplace vendors and negotiate contracts and terms, focusing on e-commerce-specific vendor management. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the eCommerce landscape. 9. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, especially in the eCommerce context. 10. Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels. 11. Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms. 12. Identify new marketplace opportunities and platforms for expansion, especially within the eCommerce sector. 13. Manage any escalations related to marketplace operations, focusing on effective eCommerce issue resolution.
