Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, inventory management, order processing, coordination with marketplaces, and ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotions.

Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries.

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.

Analyze sales reports, marketplace performance, and suggest growth strategies.

Work with marketing team for online campaigns and offers.

Maintain strong vendor and platform relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce, Business, or related field).

0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers with good knowledge may apply).

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online marketplaces.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
