Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, overseeing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. The role also involves analyzing sales data, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales forecasting Experience in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Team Management skills for coordinating with various departments Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus
