What You'll Do

• Research and identify top-performing ad angles, hooks, and creative trends in the eCommerce space.
• Develop creative briefs and storyboards for performance-focused ads.
• Analyze ad performance data to identify winning creative themes and insights.
• Collaborate with video editors and designers to bring ideas to life.
• Continuously test and optimize creative strategies across multiple brands.

Who You Are

• You've worked in a

  DTC or agency setting

  with a strong grasp of paid social (especially Meta Ads).
• You understand what makes

  a scroll-stopping ad

  and can clearly explain why it works.
• You're analytical, organized, and obsessed with performance metrics.
• You thrive in a

  remote, fast-paced environment

  where ideas and iteration matter more than hierarchy.
• Bonus: You've used tools like Motion, TikTok Creative Center, or Facebook Ads Library for research.

Requirements

• Based in the

  Philippines

  (remote role)
• Strong written and spoken English
• 2025 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• 12+ years experience in eCommerce creative strategy or performance marketing
