Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager, Corporate Sustainability Location: Hyderabad Role & responsibilities Role Purpose: Support the execution of Sai Life Sciences sustainability roadmap with emphasis on ESG reporting, decarbonization, water, waste, and Scope 3 emissions management. Key Responsibilities: Track and report ESG performance (GRI, CDP, DJSI, Eco Vadis, SBTi). Collect, validate, and analyse ESG data; prepare dashboards/MIS. Support decarbonization, water neutrality, waste circularity, and biodiversity projects. Scope 3 emissions mapping and reduction initiatives. Knowledge on digitization Exposure on BRSR and GRI disclosures Exposure on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Preferred candidate profile Bachelors in Engineering/ Environmental Science/ Sustainability; Masters preferred. 7-8 years experience in corporate sustainability/ESG. Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and data management. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Effective communicator with clear report-writing and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions (EHS, Engineering, Operations). Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
