Role & responsibilities : Designation: Senior Business Development Manager B2B and B2C (High- End Audio -Video Segment for residential & Commercial spaces) Experience: 5-7 years (Relevant and allied industry only) Positions: 2 JD: Sales Manager High-End luxury consumer AV product. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. Identify new market potential and regions. Oversee in-store events and promotions. Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies. Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance. Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client’s needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty. Pre-sales. Preferred candidate profile: : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field or BE/BTech in Electronics/ Electrical, Instrumentation. Demonstrable success in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably within the Premium Audio/Video System Integration Solutions, Home Automation, or related industries. Fluent in Communication Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, creative, and customer-driven Creativity and an ability to bring new products to market. Excellent Presentation and Communication skills. High flexibility. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Background of consultative selling to luxury buyers is a positive but not a prerequisite. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures. Adept at understanding and communicating the value proposition of luxury product market. High degree of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software and MS office ( Excel, Power Point, Word).
