Full job description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and alignment. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
