Operate & maintain Offset Presses & Post-Press Machinery according to job specifications & production schedules. Calibrate machines for printing jobs. Monitor printing processes to ensure optimal quality & productivity during Job Runs & make necessary adjustments to achieve quality standards. Perform routine maintenance & cleaning of all production machineries to ensure proper functioning. Identify technical areas of respective machineries required to arrange for maintainance, repair & upgrade. Coordinate with other team members to prioritise production queue & meet deadlines. Prepare & trim paper to feed into Offset Presses. Requirements : Experience in running both Heidelberg & Ryobi Presses. Operates various types of printing machines including offset, letterset, and screen printers. Basic computer skills for machine operation & data entry. You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. Operating and maintaining welding equipment will be a key part of your role. You will perform Argon welding on materials such as aluminium, steel, and stainless steel based on technical specifications. Additionally, you will be required to provide installation at project sites, conduct field testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in commissioning services. Your tasks will include analyzing the speed and length of welding arcs for various welding processes, as well as reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings. A technical certificate from a recognized institute in welding-related courses or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of Autocad will be advantageous. Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in metal welding and be willing to work in a Singapore-based factory. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is also preferred.
