Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic customer support team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound voice communication with global clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner. Communication: Deliver clear and effective communication to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems. Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with quality standards and ensure all interactions meet company guidelines. Multilingual Support: Provide support in English and Telugu ; additional language skills are a plus. Adaptability: Stay updated with product/process changes and adapt to evolving client needs and tools. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share insights, escalate issues, and drive a positive team culture. Job Opportunity: Customer Retention (Voice/Blended) This role includes aspects of customer retention , requiring both voice-based and blended communication efforts to ensure continued client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bachelors degree in any discipline Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is an added advantage Proficient in English and Telugu (verbal and written) Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Flexible to work in night shifts (applicable only for 4 months) and on weekends as needed Culturally sensitive and capable of engaging with a global customer base Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: 16,000 Food Allowance: 1,000 Travel Allowance: 1,000 Opportunity to grow within a client-focused, professional environment Supportive and collaborative work culture Work Schedule: Full-time role with rotational shifts Night shifts applicable only for 4 months
