Core Responsibilities: Claims Management: Processing and verifying claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining detailed records of all claims transactions. Investigating and resolving discrepancies in claims. Accounts Payable: Processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payment to vendors. Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving any discrepancies. Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Accounts Receivable: Generating and sending customer invoices accurately and on time. Monitoring incoming payments and following up on outstanding dues. Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies. Assisting in the preparation of aging reports and AR summaries. General Ledger Management: Recording all financial transactions accurately in the general ledger. Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. Other Responsibilities: Preparing financial reports and statements. Assisting with internal and external audits. Communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors/clients. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and claims management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
