Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end e-tendering activities, particularly on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal . The candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely bid submissions in compliance with government procurement guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Monitor tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities on the GeM portal and other relevant platforms. Prepare, compile, and verify tender documentation including technical and financial proposals, supporting documents, and compliance forms. Upload and submit bids on the GeM portal within prescribed timelines. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, operations, etc.) for collecting required information and approvals. Maintain a repository of all submitted tenders, bid documents, clarifications, and correspondence. Track tender status, respond to queries, and follow up on evaluation and award notifications. Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, government procurement rules, and company policies. Prepare MIS reports on tenders floated, submitted, won/lost, and analyze trends for management review. Stay updated on changes in government procurement policies and GeM procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Management or relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in e-tendering / GeM portal operations (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered). Familiarity with government procurement processes and documentation. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in handling tenders on GeM Portal / eProcurement systems . Knowledge of bid pricing, taxation, and compliance requirements. Experience in preparing MIS reports and tender analysis. Key Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated. Strong coordination and team collaboration skills. Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents. Compensation: As per industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.
