About the Role: As our ad campaigns are scaling rapidly, we're generating more leads than our current team can handle. We’re looking for a highly driven Lead Engagement & Conversion Specialist who will be responsible for actively engaging with incoming leads, qualifying them, nurturing conversations, and converting them into happy, paying clients. This role is critical to our growth engine, you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients and play a key role in guiding them through our offerings and closing the deal. Key Responsibilities: Promptly engage with new leads generated via our ad campaigns. Understand client needs and pitch relevant services/solutions accordingly. Qualify leads based on their readiness to purchase, business size, and fit for our offerings. Build trust and rapport with leads through consultative conversations. Maintain detailed records of lead interactions. Follow up consistently with leads who are not yet ready to purchase. Work closely with the onboarding & operations teams to ensure smooth handover of converted clients. Share feedback with marketing on lead quality and campaign performance. Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation roles. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (written + verbal). Comfortable with phone and WhatsApp conversations. Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline. Ability to handle objections and turn skeptical leads into interested clients. Positive, energetic attitude with a natural flair for sales and relationship building. Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, e-commerce, or courier industry will be a strong plus (but not mandatory). Key Responsibilities: Make outbound verification calls to customers on behalf of our seller clients. Confirm order intent, address accuracy, availability for delivery, and resolve any doubts the customer may have. Record detailed call notes accurately and promptly in the system. Follow standard verification scripts while adapting to customer responses when needed. Escalate suspicious, fake or risky orders as per internal guidelines. Collaborate closely with internal NDR teams to ensure smooth handovers. Maintain daily call targets with high accuracy and quality. Ideal Candidate Profile: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or verification roles. Excellent communication skills — clear, polite and professional phone manner. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is a strong plus. Strong listening skills with the ability to identify red flags in conversations. Highly disciplined, reliable, and able to maintain data accuracy. Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
