Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Lead Generation & Data Extraction Specialist with at least 5 years of proven experience using Apollo.io and similar B2B lead intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of the IT services and software consulting domain , and be able to build, maintain, and enrich high-quality lead lists aligned to our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Leverage tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , etc. to extract verified and targeted lead data. Identify and qualify contacts based on decision-making roles (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, CXOs). Build segmented lists across industries, geographies, company sizes, and tech stacks . Work closely with internal sales, presales, and marketing teams to align lead acquisition with ideal customer profiles (ICP) . Regularly clean, validate, and enrich databases to ensure data quality and compliance . Maintain records in CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce , and assist in lead scoring and tagging processes. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on lead quality, conversion ratios, and data accuracy . Requirements: Must-Have Skills: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and data extraction using Apollo.io and similar platforms. Proven understanding of IT services, software consulting, SaaS, and enterprise technology domains . Strong expertise in working with lead segmentation, enrichment, validation, and CRM workflows . Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Good to Have: Experience integrating lead data with email automation tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.). Working knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance in prospecting and outreach. Background in supporting enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or outbound marketing teams . Certifications in Apollo.io, CRM, or Sales Enablement tools. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in B2B lead generation or sales operations is a plus. Compensation: Competitive salary or monthly retainer / project-based compensation depending on experience and location.
