Build segmented lists across industries, geographies, company sizes, and tech stacks . Work closely with internal sales, presales, and marketing teams to align lead acquisition with ideal customer profiles (ICP) . Regularly clean, validate, and enrich databases to ensure data quality and compliance . Maintain records in CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce , and assist in lead scoring and tagging processes. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on lead quality, conversion ratios, and data accuracy . Requirements: Must-Have Skills: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and data extraction using Apollo.io and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience testing Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) and/or Wealth Management Systems (WMS) such as Miles or WealthSpectrum . This is primarily an individual contributor role , but the candidate should be capable of stepping into a team lead or managerial capacity when required. The position involves close collaboration with QA peers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and reliable product releases . Experience in migration projects to WealthSpectrum will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities 1. Testing & Quality Delivery Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for PMS and WMS platforms. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across modules in Miles and WealthSpectrum . Perform backend data validation and reconciliation using MS SQL or Oracle databases. Validate end-to-end equity and mutual fund workflows , including order management, portfolio tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. 2.
