Early Years Learning Lead(Female)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Learning Lead to guide our Pre-Primary/Kindergarten team and ensure high-quality early childhood education. The role involves academic leadership, teacher mentoring, classroom quality monitoring and strong parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Early Years teaching team.
• Oversee lesson planning, teaching methods and learning outcomes.
• Ensure developmentally appropriate and activity-based practices.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
• Coordinate events, celebrations and experiential learning activities.
• Monitor student progress and support teachers with remedial strategies.
• Maintain a safe, joyful and child-friendly learning environment.
• Ensure completion of assessments, documentation and reports.
• Organise parent orientations, PTMs and communication updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed (required).
• Minimum 3 years of Early Years leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
