This is a non-teaching role and requires both theoretical depth and practical insight into early childhood learning. What You’ll Do: Independently design monthly and weekly curriculum plans for PG, Nursery, LKG, and UKG. Develop structured lesson flows, activity plans, and observation-based assessment ideas. Integrate multiple frameworks such as Montessori, Multiple Intelligences, play-based learning, and child-led inquiry. Create engaging materials like worksheets, AV content ideas, and indoor/outdoor activities. Align curriculum with developmental milestones and early childhood psychology. Collaborate with academic advisors and stay updated with current trends in preschool education. Who we are looking for: Strong in early childhood development theories and child psychology. Able to design curriculum independently from scratch. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about breaking traditional teaching models. Fluent in written English with excellent documentation skills. A team player with high ownership and innovative thinking. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology, or Montessori Training. Prior experience in preschool curriculum design (not essential if you can demonstrate your skill). Sample work, activity plan, or worksheet portfolio is encouraged.
