If you are passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, and families of neurodivergent children, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to create real change. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful, and child-led NDBI (Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention) Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role follows a session-wise work structure, where each child is seen individually as per scheduled sessions.** If you are passionate about supporting autistic children through developmental, play-based, naturalistic approaches, we would love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Conduct session-wise NDBI intervention sessions for children in early childhood Implement naturalistic, play-based strategies rooted in NDBI principles Follow the child’s lead and build engagement, joint attention, communication, and symbolic play Support development in early communication, social reciprocity, emotional regulation, and functional skills Coach parents in using NDBI strategies in daily routines Collaborate with special educators, psychologists, therapists, and developmental pediatricians Contribute to individualized plans and maintain clear documentation Create a warm, respectful, neurodiversity-affirming learning space for the child and family Qualifications: Candidates may come from one of the following fields with additional training in NDBI or related naturalistic developmental models (ESDM, JASPER, EMT, RIT, P-ESDM, PACT, etc.): Master’s/Bachelor’s in Psychology Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Degrees/diplomas in Early Childhood Care & Education Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) Special Education (Diploma/B.Ed./M.Ed.)
