Job Description

Key Responsibilities: User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the AVEVA E3D system. Interact with users and discipline leads to document requirements and special needs. Coordinate with designers from various engineering disciplines to meet project deliverables. Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues for quick resolution. System Configuration and Setup: Configure and set up the AVEVA E3D environment, including user roles, permissions, and project-specific settings. Create catalogues, specifications, and write PML code. Develop E3D database structures to enable 3D design and deliverables creation. Create E3D models based on 3D modeling procedures with required databases, teams, and access rights. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure AVEVA E3D to meet organizational needs, including user interfaces, workflows, and reports. Write macros and customize tools to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency. Perform routine checks on models through data verification and project auditing. Configure and customize pipe, tray, and HVAC supports as per project requirements. Data Management and Integration: Oversee data management processes, including data import/export, integrity checks, and integration with other software systems. Generate reports from E3D models for layout and material groups. Upload specification files and ensure their completeness and correctness. Set up the ISODRAFT module for generating isometrics and troubleshoot errors. Update model review files using Navisworks and share them with the design/fabrication teams. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for onboarding new users and training existing users. Ensure users have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the software. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users. Diagnose problems and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime. Other Tasks: Demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay attention to detail and work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with pipe supports and CEASER-II software is a plus. Qualifications and Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical diploma. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in EPCI business applications as an administrator. Strong technical experience and familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
