Roles And Responsibilities :
1 Drive sales growth across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce.
2 Meet volume and revenue targets in the assigned area.3 Manage listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.E-Quick4 Monitor performance and ensure product visibility online.5 Collaborate with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.6 Ensure fast-moving SKUs are stocked, priced correctly, and delivered efficiently.7 Lead a team of field sales reps and merchandisers.8 Implement company policies, monitor performance, and support team development.9 Use CRM tools and analytics to track sales performance and drive decisions.10 Prepare regular reports on channel performance and market trends.11 All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time to time.
