Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless product discovery, sales growth, and customer engagement by leveraging Muzigal's strong teacher network and franchise presence. Key Responsibilities: - Catalog Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust product catalog through vendor partnerships. - Fulfillment: Your role will involve ensuring smooth order fulfillment and implementing contingency plans for product lines. - Digital Marketing & Online Management: You will manage online traffic, sales, and conversions while developing digital marketing strategies across various channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, and email. - Content & Website Management: Your tasks will include overseeing content creation, website updates, and optimizing landing pages for better user experience. Qualifications Required: - Analytics: Strong data interpretation skills are essential for demand forecasting and performance analysis. - E-Commerce Expertise: 0-3 years of experience in B2C/B2B e-commerce is required, along with knowledge of marketing, SEO, and consumer behavior. - Sales & Marketing: You should have proven skills in driving product visibility, managing customer reviews, and optimizing the checkout process. - Management: With at least 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, vendor partnerships, and outsourced teams, you should possess strong leadership skills. - Communication: Effective internal and external communication skills are necessary to manage teams, partners, and customer engagement successfully.
