Role Summary

The E-Commerce Platform Manager will own the day-to-day operation of our online sales channels, ensuring product content, pricing and inventory are accurate, orders are fulfilled on time and platform KPIs meet SLA targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee e-commerce platforms (company website + marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify).

Create and maintain accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes).

Manage pricing, promotions and inventory synchronization.

Work with logistics & warehousing to ensure timely fulfillment and returns handling.

Collaborate with customer service to resolve escalations and improve NPS.

Monitor platform health dashboards and report on KPIs: return rate, delivery performance, cancellation rate, SLA compliance, A-to-Z claims, etc.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.

Qualifications

23 years in e-commerce operations or platform management.

Familiar with marketplace seller consoles, inventory/OMS tools.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and cross-functional communication skills.
