Role Overview

We are looking for an

E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist

with strong hands-on experience in

Google Ads and Meta Ads

, specifically for

B2C and D2C brands

.The ideal candidate will own end-to-end paid media execution with a strong focus on

feed optimization, ROAS growth, scaling strategies, and full-funnel performance

.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution (Google & Meta)

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for E-commerce clients With Creative Strategy & Optimization (E-commerce / B2C)
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, and CAC benchmarks.
  • Execute full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and placements.

Feed Optimization & Shopping Excellence

  • Manage and optimize product feeds using Google Merchant Center, feed rules, and third-party tools (if applicable).
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, images, GTINs, categories, and custom labels to improve Shopping & PMax performance.
  • Troubleshoot feed disapprovals, policy issues, and data mismatches.
  • Work closely with AMs and clients to improve product-level performance.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze account performance using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and platform reports.
  • Identify insights and optimization opportunities to improve CTR, CVR, AOV, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Creatives, and Tech teams for campaign execution and optimization.
  • Participate in client discussions related to performance, scaling plans, and testing roadmaps.
  • Proactively flag performance risks and recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads for E-commerce/B2C brands.
  • Strong expertise in Shopping Ads, Performance Max, and Catalog Ads.
  • Proven experence in feed optimization and Merchant Center management.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, pixels, and event setups.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple E-commerce accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with D2C or high-scale B2C brands.
  • Familiarity with feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience scaling accounts beyond ?10L+ monthly spends is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence.
