Job Title: Merchandising Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various merchandising activities to ensure seamless execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain product listings, and contribute to driving the overall success of our merchandising strategies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Merchandising Coordination : Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies across various platforms. Ensure accurate and timely updates of product listings, descriptions, and pricing information. Data Management : Maintain and manage databases related to inventory, product details, and sales performance. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align merchandising activities with company goals. Performance Monitoring : Track the performance of merchandising campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all merchandising activities. Administrative Support : Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to merchandising, such as preparing presentations, reports, and documentation. Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues related to merchandising activities. Requirements: Education : A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with inventory management systems or related tools is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
