Collaborating with artisans across India, we strive to create exclusive, sustainable, and timeless fashion pieces. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently handling E-Commerce Order Management by processing and tracking website & marketplace (Myntra) orders. You will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Moreover, you will be in charge of Product Cataloging, ensuring the smooth upload and management of product listings on the website & marketplaces. Additionally, you will play a key role in Marketplace Coordination, assisting in inventory updates, listings, and order processing to maintain a seamless operation. Your tasks will also involve Social Media Management & Content Creation, where you will be responsible for managing social media pages, creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and interacting with the audience effectively. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently multitask and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of Prasam Crafts in the competitive e-commerce and fashion industry.
