E-Commerce Manager Order Processing Packing

Company Overview:

We are a growing e-commerce company based in Cuttack, dealing in premium mobile accessories and related products. With 10+ years in the industry, we are expanding our operations and looking for dedicated team members to join our warehouse and operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process online customer orders on a daily basis
• Packing of products safely and accurately as per company standards
• Managing inventory, updating stock records, and coordinating with suppliers
• Ensuring timely dispatch of orders through courier partners
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area
• Assisting with returns and stock reconciliation
• Basic computer entry for order and stock updates

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Order Management)
• Prior experience in e-commerce order processing / packing will be an advantage
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
• Honest, punctual, and ready to work in a team environment
