E-Commerce Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in online sales, digital marketing, product management, and customer engagement in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
• Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance, sales reports, and competitor listings.
• Support in running online promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews in a professional manner.
• Research market trends and suggest ideas for increasing sales.
• Assist in daily administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a team.
