Job Title: E-Commerce Intern (Onsite)

Location: Ganapathy, Coimbatore

Duration: 3 or 6 Months

Stipend: based performance will be given

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to support our online sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for beginners who want to learn how e-commerce businesses work, from product listing to order management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product listing and updating on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Help in inventory tracking and stock management
• Support in order processing and shipment coordination
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, offers, and campaigns
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews
• Help create basic reports on sales performance and website activity
• Maintain data entry accuracy in spreadsheets or internal systems

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of online shopping platforms
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Interest in e-commerce, marketing, or online business
• Freshers or students pursuing commerce, marketing, or business-related courses can apply
