A. Order Processing & Management
Assist in processing customer orders received through the company website and online platforms.
Verify order details, customer addresses, PIN codes, and payment status.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Track shipments and update delivery status wherever required.
Maintain records of cancelled orders, returns, refunds, settlements, and customer complaints.
B. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain order records, invoices, dispatch details, and payment documentation.
Prepare daily order status reports and other operational reports in Excel.
Maintain records of returns, replacements, refunds, and customer issues.
Assist in preparing marketplace sales reports and settlement reconciliation statements.
C. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, logistics, and customer support teams.
Generate invoices and maintain invoicing records.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, settlements, and other operational issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the E-Commerce team for further action.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
