Job Description – E-commerce Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and maintain product information across our e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product accuracy, hygiene, and seamless coordination with multiple teams to support smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product information across e-commerce platforms with accuracy and consistency.
Handle product listing, filters, and attributes to ensure products are displayed correctly.
Maintain product hygiene by identifying and correcting errors in product details.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline product data management.
Perform MIS-related tasks, prepare reports, and ensure data-driven insights for decision-making.
Utilize basic knowledge of FTP, ChatGPT, and web scraping tools for product data handling and process improvements.
Ensure timely updates and corrections to product catalogs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes.
Good knowledge of filters, attributes, and product categorization logic.
Basic technical knowledge of FTP, ChatGPT, and web scraping.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage product workflows efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Excel or other reporting tools for MIS and data analysis.
