E Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product catalogs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
• Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, specifications, and attributes.
• Ensure product images, titles, pricing, and other details are accurate and consistent.
• Perform regular audits of product listings to maintain quality standards.
• Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams like photography, marketing, and inventory management to ensure all product information is up-to-date.
• Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies to suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot any listing-related issues on e-commerce platforms.
• Generate reports on product performance, inventory status, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or any field
• 3-8 years of experience in e-commerce cataloging or product listing.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub,etc.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and e-commerce best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with product content management systems is a plus.
