Summary:

We areseekingan enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations and growth of our online sales channels, focusing primarily on our direct-to-consumer website and key marketplaces (e.g., Amazon). This role is crucial for ensuring product data accuracy, managing inventory, andoptimizingthecustomerjourney to maximize online revenue.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Designing, or related field
• 0.5 2years ofproven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations.
• Goodknowledge of ads manager ofAmazonand othere-commerceplatforms
• Proven experience in managing multipleproduct listing
• Good with Multi-tasking andEnglishCommunication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketplace/PlatformManagement:?

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, eBay, Walmart etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock-outs or overselling.

• Sales & Campaign Optimization:

• Execute promotional campaigns, coupons, and discounts to maximize sales.
• Track performance metrics (sales, spend, ROAS) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Suggest and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and average order value.

• ?Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all listings meet platform compliance requirements (KYC, certifications, SDS, etc.).?
• Handle account health issues, appeals, and communication with marketplace support teams.

• ?Operational Excellence:

• Resolve pricing discrepancies, listing errors, and shipment issues.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing,logistics, finance) for smooth execution.

• ?Customer Focus:

• Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback toidentifyimprovement areas.
• Work with support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
