E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce marketplaces, including uploading images, writing descriptions, setting prices, and categorizing products.
• Handle catalog management: Add new products, update inventory, and ensure accurate specifications.
• Monitor and process orders, coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch, and manage returns/claims.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/warehouse to avoid stockouts.
• Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities to boost visibility and conversions
• Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and offers on platforms to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on platform policies, algorithms, and e-commerce trends.
• Handle basic customer queries related to orders and products.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for new product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, catalog management, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in Delhi/NCR-based e-commerce operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
